Working Title: Navigating Infinity: on the Toltec Path to
Knowledge

We have become aware that there are some very impressive developments
among the body of practitioners.
In order to encourage all of us to further effort and to share these
accomplishments with a wider public since
we consider the possibility of an expansion of consciousness a gesture
to the world and to the spirit, we are
planning to edit and publish a collection, in book form, of
practitioners’ accounts of their experiences as a
result of their practice of the Toltec knowledge as taught by Carlos
Castaneda, his cohort and their
apprentices. We will look for vivid personal accounts, detailed and
descriptive narratives, new insights,
clarity, conciseness, elegance and wonderful story-telling. There will
be no restrictions on length (within
reason) as we are interested in longer pieces. We will also be
publishing poems. We will be reserving the
right to edit but will send proofs to all writers before going to the
printer. Cleargreen has given its approval
to this project.
The book will be divided into the Five Concerns:
Decision
Recapitulation
Dreaming
Inner Silence
Magical Passes
With subcategories depending on the material we receive:
Losing self-importance
Stalking
Navigator’s Log
Changing syntax ... etc.
We will also need black and white graphics inside (full page and
smaller
designs) and color artwork for the
cover. If you work on computer in 3D stereograms or 3D photos, we
would
be particularly interested in
something in this medium on the cover.
To submit, please send copies of artwork by mail or email, manuscripts
by e-mail or by snail mail to the
address(es) below. If your language is Spanish, Italian or German,
please email your submissions or queries
to Eponine ({email удалён}). If English (or any other language), to
Shelley ({email удалён}). If you are
writing in a language not listed above, we would appreciate your having
your submission translated into
either Spanish or English if at all possible. We will also be looking
for translators (Russian, Hebrew,
Portuguese, etc.).
Please pass along this information to any groups you belong to or to
practitioners you know who might be interested in participating.

- Лично я не уважаю ClearGreen. В этой компании занимаются экономической эксплуатацией и опошлением знаний, принесенных Кастанедой, и оставшихся членов его группы. На эту тему хорошо почитать статью Ксендзюка "Вернуться к Кастанеде?"(http://www.mageguild.narod.ru/crea/backtoCC.htm).
- Они говорят "their practice of the Toltec knowledge _as taught by Carlos
Castaneda_". По-моему, Кастанеда писал свои книги отнюдь не с целью последующего всеобщего применения указанных знаний. И подача этих знаний в книгах Кастанеды в большей степени предназначена, чтобы "открыть глаза" человеку - практиковать их в такой форме очень трудно. Главная ценность этих книг - их ДУХ. Дух толтекской традиции, безупречных воинов, магии жизни. Не знаю, до чего можно допрактиковаться, если буквально следовать Кастанеде, особенно сценам с пейотом ;))
- В конце концов, откуда лучше брать информацию на эту тему, как не с нашего форума - мы все тут вроде практикующие! ;) Особенно учитывая интерактивность. ;))) Отбросьте чувство собственной незначительности - все мы здесь добились сами по-своему не меньшего, чем дяденьки и тетеньки с подачи ClearGreen.
